About Us 

YAY Investment Holding Inc. was established on September 15, 2015, in Kadıköy, Istanbul by Serdar Cin. The company aims to participate in the capital and management of companies operating both domestically and internationally, consolidating investment, financing, organization, and management functions under a unified structure based on modern business principles.
The holding focuses on distributing risks, increasing resilience against economic fluctuations, ensuring sustainable growth, and securing long-term continuity.

Founder – Serdar Cin

Serdar Cin is a retired Naval Senior Engineer Colonel. He graduated from the Naval Academy with a degree in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering and completed his master’s degree at the University of Michigan in Shipbuilding and Mechanical Engineering.
Throughout his career, he has held key roles in the Presidency of Defense Industries and the Turkish Naval Forces, managing large-scale defense projects including warship production. He was involved in submarine construction projects valued at approximately €2.2 billion.
After retirement, he continues to actively contribute to defense industry projects, international collaborations, and corporate advisory roles.
